What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of acupressure. We apply it by using our fingers to tap on specific points on our head and body, whilst at the same time remaining focused on the troublesome issue. The issues can range from severe anxiety, to fears, phobias, addictive cravings, traumatic memories as well as physical pain. Using this gentle process, we are able to address and then release our pain and upset or relieve the impact of a traumatic experience.
