The name Metaqua means increase your metabolism in the water. The Metaqua’s program is a simple design using a pair of fins, kickboard & noodle. Metaqua allows you to rotate around your body exercising your legs, arms, side and stomach, whilst your head remains out of the water. Resulting in a full body workout. The beauty of Metaqua is it allows you to work at your own pace. It’s non-competitive and very rewarding. Once learnt, Metaqua will reward you with a healthier body.
